I invest in properties and homes and fix them up and sell them for a living. I have had many experiences with wood decks, fences, and house siding. These types of things can really make or break the curb appeal of a home. One of the first things I look for when I am making a decision about whether or not a property is worth the investment, is how I can fix up the exterior of the house. It is amazing the condition that some people let their homes get to. I have seen many cases of neglected decks, falling over fences, and grayed out house siding. All of these things bring down the property value of any home. I have learned the quickest and most efficient ways of getting a good return on my investment and for wood surfaces I use Penofin deck stain and sealer. It does not take me long to wash a wood surfaces with the right cleaners and a power washer. I let the surface dry and then apply the deck stain. I have tried many wood sealers but the Penofin I have found to be the easiest to apply. I would say it is the most user friendly type of deck stain I have used. Penofin also look terrific on all types of wood and will last for several years. It has definitely helped me to spruce up the outside of many properties and helped me to make a good living. So far I have not found a better stain than Penofin so I always recommend it to anyone that asks.
