I say that in a nice way. She sure knows how to relax; spending hours every week either in the local spa or in her own bathroom. The other day she told me about her bath time habits while soaking in the tub. She has a candle burning with aromatherapy oils to fill the bathroom air, sometimes she has a book set up on a book rest, and on occasions she also has a glass of wine to hand.
I must say, she got me thinking about how I always rush my baths and showers, and get out of the bathroom as quickly as I can to get on with something else. yet to look at us together, anyone can see she is by far the more relaxed and laid back. Yet, she has a far busier schedule than I do and just takes it in her stride.
Anyway, our discussion has prompted me to take a long hard look at my bathroom and plan for more relaxation. I have bought a bath caddy with a candle holder and book rest attached, and I shall give those a try tonight. While I was about it, though, I also bought a new chrome shower caddy to get my shower times better organized.
One little problem, the kids wanted something for the bathroom too. So, I’ve been searching for some kids bath accessories for them to play with. They got very excited by a toy bag with Winnie the Pooh rather than the toys, so we got that for their existing toys.
